Definitions and Interpretation

The following terms used in these Terms and Conditions have the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" refers to the ku9k website, app and all associated digital channels.
• "User" refers to any registered or unregistered person who visits or uses the Platform.
• "Account" refers to the personal profile registered in the user's name.
• "Services" refers to all gaming, betting and related features provided by ku9k.
• "Bonus" refers to promotional offers, cashback or rewards that ku9k provides under specific conditions.
• "Money" or "৳" refers to Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Account Registration and Eligibility

The following conditions must be met to create an account and use the services on ku9k:

• You must be at least 21 years old. 21+
• You must provide true, accurate and complete personal information.
• Each person may operate only one account. Multiple accounts under the same person's name are prohibited.
• It is the user's responsibility to keep their account password and login details completely confidential. Sharing them with any third party is prohibited.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, notify the ku9k support team immediately.
• ku9k may request identity documents or other documents for verification purposes at any time. If the required documents are not provided, the account may be temporarily suspended.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on ku9k is ৳300. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). Deposits via any other method are not possible.

The user must ensure that they are depositing from a payment method registered in their own name. Deposits made through a third party are not permitted, and in such cases ku9k reserves the right to cancel the deposit and suspend the account.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Depending on the banking system, it may take slightly longer for the withdrawal to complete.

The account must be fully verified to make a withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed until any active bonus wagering requirements have been met.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

ku9k offers new users a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus — total balance will be ৳3,000. Or deposit ৳12,000 and receive the maximum ৳10,000 bonus — total balance will be ৳22,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10x, applied to the bonus amount (not the combined total of deposit and bonus). Example: if you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you must wager a total of ৳20,000 before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

4.3 Bonus Rules

• A bonus offer may be used only once; a bonus does not apply to multiple accounts from the same household or the same IP address.
• If bets placed with bonus funds fall under a game's restricted list, those bets will not be counted towards wagering calculations.
• ku9k reserves the right to change or withdraw the terms of any bonus offer at any time. A notice will be posted on the platform before changes take effect.
• If there is any attempt to obtain a bonus through suspicious or fraudulent means, ku9k reserves the right to forfeit that bonus and close the account.

VIP Program and Cashback

ku9k's loyalty program has three tiers:

• Bronze Tier — up to 0.5% cashback per week.
• Silver Tier — up to 1.0% cashback per week.
• Gold Tier — up to 1.5% cashback per week.

Tiers are upgraded based on the user's regular activity and engagement on the platform. Cashback is added to the account at a set time each week. Details of VIP benefits can be found through ku9k support.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ku9k platform:

• Fraud, forgery or operating an account using another person's identity.
• Placing bets or playing games using bots, scripts or automated software.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Attempting to bypass the platform's security systems.
• Attempting to influence the outcome of bets by colluding with other users.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose.
• Attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities or technical errors.

If any such activity is detected, ku9k reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the relevant account and seize all funds in that account.

Privacy and Data Protection

ku9k gives the highest priority to protecting users' personal information. Our platform uses SSL encryption technology to keep your information secure. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Responsible Gaming

ku9k believes that gaming should be a source of entertainment — not a cause of financial hardship. We encourage all users to play responsibly. This platform is for 21+ only.

• Bet within your own budget and never place bets under pressure to recover money you have lost.

Dispute Resolution

After a complaint is submitted, ku9k will investigate and communicate its decision within a reasonable time. Our decision will be considered final, but all parties' perspectives will be taken into account through a fair and transparent investigation.

Changes to Services and Amendment of Terms

ku9k reserves the right to partially or fully amend these Terms at any time. A notice will be posted on the platform for significant changes. Continued use of the platform after any change will be considered as the user's acceptance of that change.

ku9k reserves the right to temporarily suspend services due to technical maintenance, improvements or unforeseen circumstances. Users will be notified in advance as much as possible in such situations.

Limitation of Liability

ku9k makes every effort to provide uninterrupted service on its platform. However, ku9k is not fully liable for issues caused by technical errors, internet connection disruptions or third parties.

ku9k is not obligated to directly compensate for money won or lost through gaming, unless a technical error falls directly under ku9k's responsibility and is proven.

Account Closure and Suspension

A user may request the closure of their account at any time. This request must be made through the support team. All valid balances and wagering requirements must be settled before the account is closed.

ku9k reserves the right to suspend or close an account without notice in the following cases: breach of Terms, fraudulent activity, suspicion of money laundering or registration by a person under 21 years of age.
